There are a few costs involved in running a loyalty scheme but we have reduced these wherever possible, as the point of this scheme is to get more business into our shops.
Monthly settlement for points issued
Each month you will have to transfer the value of the points issued to us so that they are available for customers to use in participating outlets, if you redeem points in excess of the value of the points issued you will receive money back from us, just redeem the points on the software provided and you will be credited for their full value.
You are in control
Each point costs 1 pence, you can choose how you issue them, if you issue 1 point for every £1.00 spent and you take £1,000 of loyalty transactions in a month then you will pay £10 into the fund. The money will stay in the fund until it is redeemed. You can run incentives to offer extra points or to offer extra value for points to ensure that customers want to spend their points with you.
